Contaminated food is one of the major causes of diarrhea. And contains many harmful bacterias which can be lead diarrhea. These bacterias cause inflammation of lining of small intestine. This may lead to food poisoning. Even artificial sweeteners can cause diarrhea. - You should know the foods items to which you are allergic. Avoid the allergic foods like nuts or diary products if you repeatedly have problem after eating it.
